WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION AFTER PURCHASING?

An order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you via email after payment has been processed. You can also check your order status in the Track Order page.

CAN I CANCEL ORDER & REQUEST FOR REFUND AFTER I HAVE MADE A PURCHASE?

After your payment has been processed, you will not be able to cancel the order. For unique cases, please see our refund policy.

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY?

No, payment must be made through Davco Online before goods are released. Payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard and Paynow.

FOR PAYMENT ISSUES, HOW CAN I CONTACT OMISE CUSTOMER SUPPORT?

Omise customer support is available through email. Please send your enquiries to support@omise.co. Support is available in English, Thai and Japanese. Working hours are from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00 (UTC+07:00).

DO YOU KEEP MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS?

Every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. Sika (Singapore) does not retain your credit card information; it is submitted directly to Omise's database. Find out more on Omise's security best practices.

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY INVOICE AFTER MAKING A PURCHASE?
